Back form China, renewed and ready to bring in some new Qi.

I feel a renewed connection with qigong after the time spent with Master Duan. He is on the one hand a simple man with a strong desire to help other people find healing. He has also traveled the world visiting and teaching qigong to many people. He is almost 100 years old and yet I felt he was so mentally, physically and spiritually agile and so much in the present moment.
I will be starting qigong classes on Jan 22 at 7:30pm for the weekly classes and Feb. 2&3 for the seminars. It is feeling like a year filled with energy, please feel free to call with questions about classes. I'm really looking forward to seeing you in class.
Warm Regards and Best Wishes,

Qigong for Chronic Colitis and Crohn's Disease starts Sept.11-Oct.30 7pm-8pm 206-363-0909

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are diagnosed as a disorder characterized by the disharmony between the Liver and Spleen/Stomach. Liver Qi stagnation overacts on the Spleen and Stomach to impair the normal transformation and transportaion of food. Over a long period of time, this dampness combines with heat to lodge in the Large Intestine to cause diarrhea with inflamation. Because of this prolonged diarrhea and loss of fluids, yin also becomes deficient. This Qigong class will address both the root and branches of this condition. By cleaning the body of toxic energy first, we would then strengthen the organs allowing their functional relationship to regulate itself. Call to register and get info and address of class. 206-363-0909
